The Kynara Elegant Living complex consists of two buildings that share a single underground level and communicate with each other on the ground floor level with a corridor and on the first floor level with a bridge – corridor between the two staircases. A shared swimming pool was built in the uncovered area of the plot and between the two buildings.
The comforts of a modern residence in separate apartments full of light, fully equipped. The collection of works of art gives a distinct and personalized decorative style.

About The Name
Inspired by the ancient Greek word “Kynara”, the name of Kynara Elegant Living is not just a coincidence!
The wild artichoke has been growing in the area of Ierissos since ancient times and has a history of 3,000 years, while in those years it was known by the name “KYNARA” or “CYNARA”. It was used as an aphrodisiac to improve sexual performance but also for its powerful healing properties. It was also considered as food of the Gods of Olympus.
According to ancient Greek mythology, the first artichoke was actually a beautiful, young mortal woman named Kynara, who lived on an island in the Aegean, Kinaros.
One day Zeus visited Poseidon and then he saw Kynara bathing on the shores of the island. He immediately fell in love with her and turned her into a goddess to be next to him on Olympus.
But Kynara felt homesick for her old way of life and very often secretly left Olympus and went down to her island. When Zeus realized this, being blinded by jealousy, he became angry and turned Kynara into the well-known artichoke plant.
Nowadays, the indigenous variety of artichoke is considered an excellent appetizer, despite the difficulty of cleaning, and is cooked in many ways. The plant symbolizes prosperity, luxury, getting rid of a bad mood and brings memories of holidays.
