Reservation - Payment
Confirmation of the reservation is considered complete upon receipt of a deposit equal to 25% of the reservation value or at least the value of one night’s stay. The deposit of the advance payment must be made within a period of two (2) working days from the notification of the bank account of the accommodation to the interested customer via a relevant e-mail message, which includes the necessary bank account details.
If the deposit is not paid within two (2) working days, the reservation is considered invalid and the apartment is now available for rent. A copy of the deposit receipt (deposit) must be sent to “Kynara Elegant Living” (via e-mail or Viber or WhatsApp) no later than two (2) days from the booking request.
Payments are made by cash, bank deposit or credit card.
Upon your arrival, identification of details, confirmation of the reservation and full payment of the outstanding balance of the value of your stay are made. There is no refund in case of departure before the agreed date.
Kynara Elegant Living reserves the right to either pre-authorize or charge a card in part or in full according to the respective booking conditions, as well as to request full payment of the accommodation upon the arrival of the customer. It can also cancel a booking if the credit card details are invalid.
