Each guest is responsible, throughout their stay at the accommodation, for keeping their personal belongings (valuables, money, etc.) in a safe place. It is recommended to use the safes provided (free of charge) in the apartments.

Guests are responsible for the proper use of the kitchen in the apartments and for cleaning and washing the kitchen utensils after use. Cleaning staff are not responsible for washing used dishes.

Unfortunately, the current specifications of the property do not allow pets.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments, except outside (terrace, garden). In the event that it is found that smoking has taken place inside the apartment, there will be a biological cleaning fee of €120 before or after check-out.

In the event of damage within the apartment or in the common area of the accommodation, due to fraud or negligence, Kynara Elegant Living reserves the right to charge the amount of the damage suffered, including damage due to interruption of its activities, to the credit card of the registered customer. In the event that the customer has not paid by credit card but by cash or otherwise, the immediate payment of the amount of the damage suffered by the customer will be required, otherwise all legal rights are reserved.

Kynara Elegant Living reserves the right to refuse entry or expel any customer or guest without reservation if it deems that their behavior is inappropriate, endangers the safety of other customers or even the accommodation itself. In this case Kynara Elegant Living is not obliged to pay any compensation.

Making a reservation at Kynara Elegant Living automatically implies acceptance of all of the above.
